MyEventsAI is a product of Bhusoft LLC, a California limited liability company. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms refer to Bhusoft LLC.
These terms apply when you use MyEventsAI — whether you're creating events, registering for them, or just browsing. By using the platform, you agree to follow these terms. If something doesn't work for you, please don't use the service.
You can sign up with an email address or phone number. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to your account, let us know right away.
We may suspend or remove accounts that are inactive for an extended period, or that violate these terms.
Attendees: When you register for an event, your name and contact information are shared with the event organizer so they can manage the event. Registration may be subject to the organizer's own terms and policies.
Organizers: If you create events, you're responsible for the accuracy of your event details, complying with applicable laws, and communicating clearly with your attendees. MyEventsAI is a platform — we don't run your events for you.
Some events may require payment. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). Refund policies are set by each event organizer. If you have a payment dispute, contact the event organizer first. We'll help where we can, but the organizer makes the final call on refunds.
To protect your account, MyEventsAI requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all users. When you create an account, you will be asked to provide a phone number and verify it via SMS. By accepting these Terms, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from MyEventsAI — including one-time verification codes — at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
As an alternative to SMS, you may register a passkey (e.g. Face ID, Touch ID, or a hardware security key) in your account settings. Once a passkey is registered, you can use it in place of SMS verification. You can opt out of non-essential SMS communications at any time through your account settings; however, authentication-related messages (verification codes) are required to access your account and cannot be disabled unless a passkey is active.
Don't use MyEventsAI to do anything illegal, harassing, or harmful. Don't spam other users, post misleading event information, or try to disrupt our systems. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
You own the content you create (event descriptions, images, etc.), but you give us permission to display it on the platform. We won't use your content for unrelated purposes. If you delete your event or account, we'll remove your content within a reasonable timeframe.
Event organizers may cancel or modify their events. If an event is cancelled, the organizer is responsible for handling refunds. MyEventsAI will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of significant changes. We are not liable for losses caused by event cancellations or changes made by organizers.
MyEventsAI is provided as-is. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the platform will always be available or error-free. We're not responsible for actions taken by event organizers or other users, or for any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the platform. Continuing to use MyEventsAI after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
